Importing & Exporting Your Calendar

Can I bring in dates from my existing calendar app, or get mine out as a .ics file?

Importing a .ics File

Click Import .ics on the Calendar page and choose a .ics file exported from Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any other calendar app. Every event in the file is added as its own ExpertPractice calendar event — recurring events (weekly standing meetings, for example) come in as a single recurring series here too, not as separate one-off dates.

None of the imported events are linked to a case automatically — imports don't know which case a meeting belongs to. Open an imported event afterward and use Link to Case if it should show up on a specific case.

Exporting Your Calendar

Export all downloads every event on your calendar as a single .ics file you can import into any other calendar app. A single event also has its own Export .ics button in its edit view, for sharing or backing up just that one event or series.
